Our Developmental and Age-Appropriate Programs
Loved One & Child Classes Lil’ Rockets 3-6months Your child is at the beginning of life’s journey. Although your child spends most of the time in the physiologically flexed position sleeping or resting, he/she still has plenty of time for playing, cuddling, listening and looking around to learn about the world they’re in. Our Lil’ Rockets class will provide various forms of sensory stimulation for entertainment and development.
Wrigglin’ Rockets 6-12months Your child is beginning to gain control over his/her head, body, and extremities, and is beginning to really get mobile by rolling, crawling, creeping, pulling up and cruising, and sometimes even walking alone by the end of this stage. Your child will enhance their mobility and creative play by crawling through tunnels, pulling up on various fun shaped structures, playing with balls, bubbles and more.
Strollin’ Rockets 12-18months At this age your child’s own movement leads to a desired result and they have increased autonomy and exploration. Your child will learn agility and balance while gaining independence. Through each fun filled lesson your child will learn give ’n’ get, modeling, object control skills, orientation skills and much more.
Jumpin’ Rockets 18-30months Your toddler will continue to discover what they can do through their imagination and motor skills. You can assist them with this, by spotting and playing with them on balance beams, slides, trampolines and more. Also, your child will learn new songs and accompany them with learned movement and FUN!
Tumblin’ 2’s & 3’s 2-3yrs Socialization activities teach children how to function in a group listen and follow directions, communicate with others, share and take turns. Your toddler will continue to discover what they can do through a circuit format to ensure continually movement and minimizes waiting. You can assist them with this, by spotting and playing with them on balance beams, slides, trampolines and more. Free play and exploration are incorporated into the learning time on the gymnastics equipment. Themes will make each class a fun learning adventure!

Your child may elect to move from Gymnastics/Movement Classes to Artsy Kids Classes upon request. Membership entitles you to Open Gym privileges and discounts on Parties, Sessions & Workshops. (Special sessions, programs and/or workshops are offered & priced separately.) |

Terrific 3’s & 4’s 3-4yrs Your toddler will continue to discover what they can do through their imagination and motor skills. You can assist them with this, by spotting and playing with them on balance beams, slides, trampolines and more. Also, your child will learn new songs and accompany them with learned movement and FUN! This is offered as a “loved one” and me class.
Leapin’ Rockets 4-5yrs
Tumblin’ Rockets 5-6yrs will learn pre-sport skills such as throwing, catching and kicking. Our classes are designed to help them flourish in a non-competitive atmosphere. This class is offered as a “drop off” class.
Grade School Gymnastics JR Rocket Youth 6-8yrs Its all about sports, recreational gymnastics and fun! Your youth will learn pre-gymnastic and strength building skills. They will learn the fundamental skills required for gymnastics and organized sports, all in a non-competitive environment. They will work weekly on our new Tumble Track and ZIP LINE too! A performance will be held quarterly as well as a trophy ceremony.
Rocket Youth 8-12yrs In addition to all that JR Rocket Youth offers, Rocket Youth will learn tumbling skills and create goals to accomplish them. Some goals may be; mastering forward walkovers and back walkovers, back handsprings, tucks, aerials etc...
Advanced Tumbling-(Skills assessment required) 7-12yrs These students will learn more difficult and challenging gymnastics skills. They will learn detailed skill-building drills, conditioning and strength activities and perform gymnastics skills and periodic routines at local events in the community. |
